JOB SUMMARY:
The role of the Program Manager, RN (PM) is to ensure the successful execution of managing a range of activities related to the successful implementation and ongoing service provision to assigned government contacts and to provide clinical oversight to field staff and clinical programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Direct, coordinate, and administer all aspects of contracts assigned to meet the technical, operational, compliance and reporting requirements as laid out in the contracts and company policy.
· Hires, develops and coaches project team members to achieve success in their roles.
· Manages project team members to ensure service level requirements are met on a continual basis.
· Manages field employees through the entire employment life cycle from candidate status to ex-employee status.
· Manages issue resolution for all constituencies on a real time basis including; field employees, customer, teaming partners and subcontractors.
· Manages project within established financial parameters to produce a positive outcome for the company.
· Collaborates and provides direction to recruitment to ensure contract fill rates are met on an ongoing basis.
· Manages and provides direction to the credentialing team to ensure candidates are processed expeditiously and in compliance with the contract requirements and company policy.
· Collaborates with the Health Services Administrator for clinical consultation, direction, or process improvement strategies relating to clinical situations on contracts.
· Consults the Health Services Administrator on issues involving the clinical practice of field employees that may require corrective action and or communication with regulatory bodies. The RN program manager may participate in the field employee’s clinical evaluations.
· Delivers all reporting in a timely manner to the Government customer and company as required.
· Analyzes data, metrics and reports to evaluate team’s performance and to support continual process improvement.
· Develops and implements reports using company systems to support operational efficiency and positive outcomes.
· Collaborates with HR to manage employment requirements and issues.
· Provides high level of customer relations and service to all constituencies including; customers, corporate employees, field employees, teaming partners and subcontractors.
· Develops and maintains a series of effective, credible and professional relationships with key members of federal government within assigned contracts.
· Coordinate site visits to military facilities to meet with government representatives and field personnel.
· Works for continual process improvement to ensure all contract requirements are met and to increase efficiency or quality of processes.
· Ensures compliance with state, federal and professional regulations and with Company policies and procedures.
· Actively participates in company compliance program.
· Develop new business through cold calling, attending conferences and networking events, and through current and previous customers.
· Participates in proposal preparation, strategy, development and presentation.
· Participates and reviews organizational performance metrics, provides directional support for areas requiring improvement.
· Participates in the company compliance program.
· Oversee and deploy special projects as needed.
· Participates in company meetings.
