Customer Service Representative
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $23-25 per hour
Location: Syracuse, NY or Remote
We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, handle and resolve customer complaints, and provide support in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the account and customer service representative as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and quotations for specific identified customers.

Act as liaison between sales/customer and internal departments communicating customer requirements and requests in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Handle customer calls and emails by answering questions, providing product information, and resolving issues as soon as possible.

Maintain relationships, gather feedback, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Work with the sales and technical teams to complete projects on time and, as needed, communicate the results to the sales team and/or the customer.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure that sales orders, invoices, and payments are processed accurately and timely.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

2+ Years in a similar Customer Service Role

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with a bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred

Prior experience in the Printing, Packaging, or Label industry

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with customers and internal teams

Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several projects and set priorities
