Responsibilities:
- Initiate face-to-face engagements with independent and franchise dealers.
- Drive dealer development initiatives to expand our network and market presence.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers for optimal performance.
- Skillfully resolve challenges and conflicts to maintain productive partnerships.
- Conduct thorough discovery processes to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Additional Details:
- Competitive compensation package including base salary plus commission.
- Automotive, finance, and service contract experience is desirable.
- Must complete a drug screening and background check upon hire.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively route plan to optimize time.
- Dedicated to building solid client relationships.
- This role requires 80 to 90% of your time in-market, engaging in face-to-face visits with dealers.
- Multiple product lines available to meet customer needs, with customization options.
