Harris Insurance Services is seeking an Insurance Agent Administrative Assistant.
Essential Functions:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for P&C and Healthcare Sales
- Answer phone calls and handle issues or new sales leads that may arise from them
- Greet clients or walk-in visitors and provide customer service
- Use various systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software
- Research and compile data to prepare documents for presentation
- Occasionally run errands for the Administrative office
Minimum Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Texas Life and Health Insurance License
- Database Proffesional
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Skills:
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated but also be a team player
- Able to multi-task and organize a daily workload of priorities
- Ability to retain information, prioritize multiple projects, and handle proprietary information with discretion
- Ability to source existing and new customers for new business opportunities
- Ability to create and maintain business relationships with prospects and policyholders
- Must be trustworthy, dependable and ethical
- Keep Office Environment Organized and Compliant
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am – 3pm
