The River School is looking for a kind, flexible and collaborative individual ready to support educators and speech language pathologists to meet the needs of children from ages 18 months to 5th grade. Class sizes are small allowing for strong teacher-student relationships and individualized teaching and learning. In addition to supporting students and teachers in their classrooms, Teaching Assistants are responsible for planning and implementing the River School’s before and after care programs.

Requirements: Teaching assistants must hold at minimum a bachelor's degree.
The River School educates children from 18 months through 5th grade and is known nationally for its inclusion program for children with hearing loss—15% of our students have hearing loss.

Pay: $20.88 - $25.15 per hour
