Title: Vice President of Marketing
Job Summary: We are looking for someone who will lead all aspects of our marketing team and will report directly to the Chief Revenue officer. We need someone who is passionate, scrappy and innovative. The ideal candidate is able to work closely with our internal teams and customers to assist in maximizing our potential.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business initiatives.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide strategic guidance to team members and facilitate professional development.
- Revenue Generation:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement marketing programs to support sales objectives.
- Collaborate with sales to target and secure larger clients, demonstrating a hands-on approach to driving business results.
- Innovation and Creativity:
- Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging creative thinking and the development of cutting-edge marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market.
- Metrics and Analysis:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and continually optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably in SAAS industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to be scrappy and hands-on when needed.
- Passionate about marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
