Position: Digital Marketing/Media Specialist

Qualifications
We are looking for a curious, ambitious, and detail-oriented candidate ready to grow their career in the digital advertising space. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing agency environment. This is a hands-on digital campaign operations management role in our Nashville office.
Skills
- 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads execution
- Experience or willingness to learn Google Analytics reporting, Google Tag Manager, WordPress and Mailchimp
- MS Excel experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
- Agency experience a plus
- Digital Certifications a plus (Google, Facebook)
- cPanel experience a plus
- Bachelor’s in Marketing is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creation, monitoring and management of Digital Marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Email, TikTok, etc.)
- Collaborate on building Landing Pages for client campaigns
- Tag and track all campaign components
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Director on campaign reporting and deliver frequent updates
- Manage campaign pacing to optimize budget utilization and ensure timely expenditure in alignment with campaign objectives and targets
- Provide regular reporting and analysis
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking and analytics platforms
- Assist Director of Digital with daily tasks
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of tracking processes
