Description:
Greets and appropriately directs all office visitors in a friendly and courteous manner

Answers and routes all incoming calls using a modern VOIP phone system.

Manages all product literature/media mail, including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Preparing and mailing product literature to all requesting parties
- Maintaining an inventory of product literature
- Maintaining historical records of distributed media mail
- Prepares and processes all outgoing mail, including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Accurately weighing, coding, sorting, affixing postage and addressing
- Preparing certified, overnight, and return receipt mail
- Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies the proper recipient
- Prepares and mails daily invoices
- Maintains knowledge of current postal regulations and services frequently used by the company
- Scanning or sorting of documents as needed.
- Makes color charts
- Maintain an updated phone extension list

Must be able to read and understand English and to communicate over the telephone

Must have basic computer skills that include the use of email, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Must have the ability to operate standard office equipment such as scanners and copiers

Must have working experience with multi-line telephone systems and able to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism, courtesy, speed, and accuracy.

Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with dealers, vendors, and other employees

Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly

Time management skills to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasks throughout the day
