Key responsibilities:
- Be fully present (in-person) in the office Monday through Friday, embedding yourself in the company rhythm and culture.
- Act as the COO’s Standards Auditor, ensuring every detail aligns with the highest benchmarks of excellence.
- Be the guardian of the COO’s schedule, maintaining an iron-clad calendar that juggles professional and personal commitments flawlessly.
- Possess an exceptional memory (and the right organizational system tosupport it) to keep the COO on track with tasks, commitments, and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate monthly reporting (with other Leaders) to showcase strategic progress and present data-driven insights
- Manage emails meticulously, ensuring the COO stays informed and responsive to critical communications.
- Oversee select family management duties, from scheduling appointments to running errands, ensuring the COO’s home life runs as smoothly as their professional one.
- Relentlessly strive to free up the COO’s time, optimizing their day formaximum productivity and strategic focus
- Prepare for meetings militantly, ensuring all parties are prepared in advance and materials and agendas are up-to-date for maximal effectiveness.
- Bring a project management mindset, balancing executive assistant responsibilities with the agility and foresight of seasoned management.
- Remain accessible and responsive to the COO’s needs, ready to pivot andrespond whenever necessary.
- Embody the intensity and commitment needed to support high-level executive functions, akin to the dedication shown by our own leadership team.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in high-level executive support, with at least 3years directly assisting C-level executives.
- Mastery of calendar management, adept at juggling professional andpersonal commitments with seamless precision.
- Skilled in managing complex organizational systems, turning chaos into order.
- Superior communication prowess, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timelinessin all interactions.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in platforms such as Salesforce, GoogleWorkspace, and various project management tools.
- Proficient in collaborating with leadership, capable of balancing respect forauthority with the assertiveness to offer critical insights and challengedecisions when needed.
- Discretion and diplomacy are second nature, handling sensitive informationwith the utmost confidentiality.
