JOB SUMMARY:
Role is responsible for being the Merchandising partner with our Digital and Delivery/7NOW team. The ideal candidate would manage and drive digital sales and margin goals for categories.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Own relationship with Digital & 7NOW
- Achieve digital sales and margin goals for AOR
- Manage digital sales planner to achieve goals
- Collaborates with CPG companies and Private Brands to properly merchandise goods and services across all 7-Eleven digital platforms
- Optimize the digital shelf, both visually and analytically to improve KPI’s
- Leverage sales and insight data to upsell and cross sell to increase order basket
- Optimize on-site organic search experience for AOR
- Engage with Marketing/ Digital/7NOW team to build effective online marketing campaigns
- Manage assortment on-line: achieve FOD on new items and remove discontinued product

Manage sales plan calendar and promotional offerings for total alcohol (Beer/Wine/Spirits) across all banners. To include in store everyday promotions, 7Rewards in store and delivery promotions and 7Now delivery only promotions.

Coordinate with marketing on all in store and digital POP to support sales plan calendar across total alcohol.
