Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized applicant to join our team. As one of the office secretaries, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve handling various tasks such as answering phones, managing documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Maintain and update filing systems
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Assist in taking customer orders
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant (not required but a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer-oriented approach
- Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Russian Speaking (not required but a plus)
