May require occasional Saturdays and/or schedule flexibility
Salary: $37,440-$47,840 ($18-$23 per hour)

About the role:
In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees, so a warm and welcoming demeanor is essential. This role requires someone who can multitask effectively, stay organized in a busy environment, and maintain a professional attitude at all times even when dealing with difficult customers.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Be attentive to the needs of customers in the waiting area
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and manage daily appointments (to include sending appointment reminders and following up on missed appointments)
- Check customers in/out and take/record payments (requires cash handling and credit/debit card payment processing)
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, data entry)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, coffee center, and customer bathroom (to include restocking supplies as needed)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office
Candidate requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role required
- Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- High energy and positive attitude
