We're looking for an upbeat, personable team member that thrives on making connections and making others feel welcome.
Here’s how we’d describe our ideal candidate:

- You build great relationships with all kinds of people.
- You have a delightful way with people that naturally diffuses potentially tense situations.
- You like to learn and educate others.
- You strive to have young and the young at heart to live their life to the fullest.
- You love greeting people and making connections.
- You enjoy doing paperwork and organizing.
- You're willing to grow every day to make this world a better place.
- You can adapt to change and enjoy providing ideas to help grow.
Overview:
Here’s some of what you’ll be responsible for each week, which we will train on everything. Of course, this will evolve over time as the company grows:
- Make sure every Practice Member in our community feels valued and heard during daily interactions with them at the front desk and in the eval rooms.
- Greeting all those who walk through the door, engage with those in the reception room, discuss weekly handouts/promotions/drives, coordinate schedules, take payments, manage practice member questions, answer phones, and ultimately, make sure things are running smoothly.
- Create a WOW experience for every person who walks through the doors.
- Educate each practice member during the day one process and during reevaluations on how their body works and how chiropractic relates to that.
- Must be able to memorize scripts. We have systems and procedures in the office that require learning and memorizing specific verbiage.
- Perform and explain evaluations with our different technologies in the office. All training on technology is provided.
- Always serve with excellence.
- Be flexible and look for ways to help out: Our small business is growing and we don't plan on slowing down. At times, we may ask you to help in a variety of ways that don’t fit your current job description. We’re a small and scrappy team and we all wear a bunch of hats. No one is territorial over any area of the business, so if you see something that can be improved, say something and help us improve it.
- Go above and beyond to help out your teammates.
