This position is a supporting role within the Quality Organization with emphasis on collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support all areas of operations in the facility.
Essential Functions:
· Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance departments to analyze processing runs on a macro and micro level.
· Manage both supplier and site services performance to ensure satisfactory standards are met.
· Manage internal GMP site inspection program to ensure corrective actions are carried out and documented.
· Manage facility goals and establish action steps and a timeline for completion.
· Monitor facility pest activity and put together trend reports.
· Review site performance and share relevant information to get more, and better, information to management to allow for more informed decisions.
· Oversee the Internal GFSI Audit Program
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Participate in external audit preparation
o Compile expected documentation for audit
· Provides support to the Quality Manager in complaint investigations
· Supports the Recall/Withdrawal Plan
· Understand sanitation program and provide support to department.
o Compare SSOPs and how cleaning is done on the floor.
o Reviewing sanitation records and production jobs to ensure tie out.

Training, Experience, and Education Requirements:
4-year degree in food science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or other related field
Previous experience in the food or beverage industry preferred
Previous experience in sanitation preferred
Examples of past leadership preferred
GFSI experience a plus
Environmental Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lifts and/or move up to 50 pounds
Sits at a desk for long periods of time
Stands on a hard surface for long periods of time
Demonstrates flexibility in moving from one duty to another at any given time
Adjusts to different work hours as needed

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
