Overview:
We are a repossession company in downtown seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of our office environment, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, order entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems
- Support with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and order processing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients
- Familiarity with calendar management and event planning is a plus
This position offers the opportunity to develop administrative skills in a casual office setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
