You’ll join an office built from scratch, surrounded by other fantastic individuals looking to further their professional lives.
What you’ll be doing…
· Develop & Deliver Training: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
· Compliance Expertise: Stay informed on industry regulations and create training programs to ensure employee adherence.
· Technology Integration: Utilize e-learning platforms and innovative approaches to improve training accessibility and effectiveness.
· Process Improvement Champion: Analyze pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement and integrate these findings into staff training programs.
· Continuous Improvement Focus: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement initiatives to enhance overall pharmacy efficiency.

You must have…
· 2 years of experience in a training role within a specialty pharmacy or similar.
· A strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, and pharmacy operations is vital to effectively train and develop pharmacy staff.
· The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential. This includes conveying information during training sessions, creating engaging instructional materials, and providing constructive feedback to staff.
· The ability to travel for 50-70% of the role
