Pro Traffic Services, Inc. has been providing traffic control, and traffic design to utility companies, school districts, construction companies, and city and county events across southern California for more than 17 years.
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated self-starter to join our Escondido office as an Office Coordinator/Receptionist.

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator job:
- Provide overall general support to an office of over 50 employees
- Manage office inventory and order office supplies
- Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer service
- Provide administrative assistance as needed
-Review timesheets and process invoices
- Facilitates information flow between the corporate office, management, and office and field employees.
- Persistent in follow-through with all tasks assigned
Education and experience:
High school diploma (or equivalent) plus one year related experience.
Special skills:
Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge in QuickBooks a plus.
