We are an agricultural and lawn and garden equipment dealer specializing in retail sales, parts, service and rentals. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our product and business. You will work closely with the sales team to identify target markets, create engaging content, optimize and maintain our website, and update inventory daily. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and is able to effectively communicate our brand message to potential customers.
Must have a fun and positive attitude, be able to work well with others, and adapt to a fast pace retail business. Will be interacting with customers in our showroom so required to have a friendly and knowledgeable understanding of our products, the company, and what we have to offer.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create engaging content for website, blog posts, social media, and other marketing materials. Including creating custom videos for YouTube channels and/or TikTok content
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic
- Utilize content management systems to update website content
- Update online equipment inventory to company websites and other hosted sites as well as Facebook marketplace
-Reply to incoming messages and leads across social media platforms and websites.
-Assist with trade show planning and other activities including open houses and auctions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing, performance marketing, and SEO
- Proficient in using Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation for marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with content management systems for website updates
-Must have experience with Facebook and Instagram marketing
