· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
· Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.
· Processing of vendor payables for all four of our locations (entering invoices, scheduling payments, maintaining vendor relationships)
· Processing of customer packing slips and order pick ups at our Philadelphia location.
· Processing of daily credit card batches relating to customer payments for our Philadelphia location.
· Assist in special projects, as needed.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
· Assist with internal and external audit processes, including the preparation of audit schedules and responses to audit inquiries.
· Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in financial operations.
· Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as requested by management.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
