Our call center is the most first point of contact for our customers. It’s extremely important in the conversion from lead (prospect) to appointment to sale.
You will be working at the Burlington Mall location, opening and closing at agreed times. You will sit at the front desk and make outbound calls to leads, and accept inbound calls. If a interested prospect walks into the showroom location you are staffed at, pause your status to speak to them and to try to book an appointment with them.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Speak with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls and set qualified appointments for in-home sales consultants. Build rapport and handle objections.
- Make sure that the calendars are booked up for the week.
- Engage with customers who have requested more info on our services, create urgency, and set appointments for in-home sales representative
- Engage with our CRM to track customer interactions and disposition
- Deliver the customer an exceptional first impression
Hours are negotiable.
Pay is $18 an hour, and weekly bonus based on performance.
