NHS Professionals International is recruiting Speech Language Pathologists (also known as Speech Therapists) from Los Angeles to relocate to the United Kingdom (UK). We have full-time vacancies for one of our National Health Service (NHS) partner Trusts.
Job description
As a Speech Language Pathologists, you will provide life-changing treatment, support and care for children and adults who have difficulties with communication, or with eating, drinking, and swallowing. You'll help people who, for physical or psychological reasons, have problems speaking and communicating.
Some duties may involve:
- Planning, administering and/or supervising specific goal orientated treatment programmes.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing treatment programmes and modify as appropriate.
- Applying knowledge, understanding to the effects of disability or dysfunction on a patient’s physical, psychological, and social well-being

About you
To apply for this vacancy, you will have/be:
- 6 – 12 months paid experience in Speech Therapy
- Speech Therapy Degree (BSc), or an equivalent qualification
You may also have (but not essential):
- Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
