Cool Air Mechanical, Atlanta's finest 5-star Heating and Cooling Company, is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for their Marietta office!
Cool Air Mechanical Customer Service Representatives are responsible for incoming customer calls for our residential customers. A Customer Service Representatives will handle account inquiries, complaints, support issues, and help lead to greater customer satisfaction and retention.

Role and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representatives:
- Managing inbound calls
- Following various communication scripts when speaking to a caller
- Customer engagement
- Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions/alternatives to issues
- Up selling products and services when possible
- Building sustainable customer relationships
- Keeping records of all conversations organized
- Building product knowledge; and
- Achieving and exceeding established KPI’s and performance goals
Customer Service Representatives Skills and Qualities:
- Knowledgeable: Service Titan Software and or HVAC Industry (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, flexible
- Computer skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
The possible shifts look like:
8-5
9-6
10-7
Saturdays: rotating with hours of 8-5
