As we expand our coaching roster within our three Charlotte-area studios, we’re looking for a coach that BELIEVES in and can SELL The Exercise Coach’s promise to prospects and clients to help build stronger muscles leading to a stronger health and a stronger self.
Job Summary:
Unlike the conventional health-club setting, The Exercise Coach ("TEC") is very professional and distraction-free; offering clients what would be more accurately described as clinical exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, intimidating environment.
The Exercise Coach is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology.
We are currently looking for a PT/FT personal training coach with the flexibility to work in our three studios. The role REQUIRES weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays are a must (7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.). Some morning or split shifts could be needed as well.
Bottom line: You will be paid at least $18 per hour (with the potential for performance bonuses), and will have the opportunity to grow within the business, if so desired. Your compensation is never commission-based, so you are always paid for your time whether training clients or not.
Our studios offer a casual, fun environment, top-of-the-line proprietary training equipment and the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of a successful personal training studio. We want someone who enjoys working with people and making a difference in the lives of others . . . because that's what we do!
