Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Promote financial products and services to customers, upselling when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, ensuring proper cash management procedures are followed
- Educate customers on various financial services offered by the company
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate payments, interest rates, and other financial calculations
- Detect and prevent fraud by closely monitoring customer transactions and identifying suspicious activity
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math, including debits, credits, and financial calculations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
