Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Licensed Financial Advisor with a passion for clients’ financial wellbeing and holistic planning services. Tailored for financial advisors who are adept at managing relationships with high-value corporate clients, while providing comprehensive financial planning, investment services, and product education. To facilitate your success and ensure efficiency in client servicing, you'll be backed by a dedicated support team responsible for assisting with the documentation and administration of new investments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver comprehensive client service.
· Development and implementation of financial plans and investment strategies.
· Leverage financial planning software and technology to complete comprehensive review for clients.
· Utilize financial planning tools and processes to educate clients and provide a holistic financial review and advice in alignment with our service standards.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
· Attend monthly educational and collaborative virtual sessions with the corporate team and fellow advisors and implement proposed strategies with clients where applicable.
Qualifications:
· At least two years of experience in the financial planning and investment management industry with proven experience as a financial planner.
· Relevant financial services license (Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63 and 65) and a clean U4 record is required.
· Robust knowledge of financial products, planning, and investment strategies.
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
· Commitment to follow-up and follow-through.
· Well-organized, strong time management skills.
· A strong familiarity with Microsoft suite, Redtail, E-money, Wealth Vison, Constant Contact, Morning Star and Riskalyze is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CFP®, CFA) are a plus.
· An existing book of business is advantageous and considered to be a plus.
· All applicants must be willing to comply with mandatory FINRA background checks, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
· Authorization to work in the United States.
