Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will aid in managing our office's everyday activities and ensure everything runs well. Strong organizational talents, excellent communication skills, and the capacity for efficient multitasking are necessary for this critical function. This job requires a lot of communication and customer service.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the mitigation office
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of marketing is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
