Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex insurance coverages & recommend coverage as needed
- Service existing accounts including client communication, policy changes, renewals, payments & claims
- Sell personal policies to inbound leads *no cold calling/sales outreach required*
- Proactively shop and re-market existing policy renewals as needed
- Identify new business opportunities & cross sell Personal Lines accounts to drive growth within existing accounts
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Communicate with insurance carrier underwriters and claim adjusters.

Experience/Requirements:
- At least 1 year of insurance agency experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Personal Insurance Lines coverages preferred
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Go-getter attitude
- Team player
- If unlicensed, willing to obtain P&C license **training & licensing fees paid for by our agency**

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
