Inktel is seeking experienced customer service professionals who are passionate about helping people get out of their unfortunate situations quickly and hassle-free!
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients to assist in dispatching Roadside Assistance such as towing service, flat tire changes, roadside tire delivery, roadside gasoline delivery, dead batteries, etc. You may be asked to use alternate communication methods including email, chat, and text at any time. Training will be provided on processes, procedures and systems used.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide world-class customer service and first-call resolution.
- Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner. Agents may be asked to transition between communication channels at any time including email, text, and chat.
- De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
- Making our clients feel special by expressing our sense of urgency and compassion for their issue/situation.
- Emit trust along with genuine care and attention.
THE IDEAL AGENT:

- Computer knowledge/tech savviness is vital for this role! Quick learners on new systems/software required!
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written skills.
- Passionate about serving others and strong desire to take ownership of the customer interaction.
- Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously while communicating with the customer.
- Excellent problem-solving skills & must possess a “can do” attitude.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and peers.
- Roadside Customer Assistance / Dispatching is a REQUIREMENT for this position.
- 2+ years of call center experience is ideal.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but NOT required!

- TRAINING SCHEDULE: Monday 5/20/24 – Friday 5/24/24 from 9:00AM – 5:00PM (NO training on weekends)
- Pay: $16.80 per hour
- Paid training: $14/hr for ONE week only
- Benefits: No benefits, as this is an Independent Contractor Position.
- Available Schedules: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00am EST and 8:30pm EST with one weekday OFF and one weekend day OFF. Every agent works either Saturdays OR Sundays. This would be discussed during the interview process.
