Rusnak Auto Group is actively looking for a Business Development Representative who is committed to growing its existing department. This individual will assist in managing the Business Development Center, which is ESSENTIAL in driving traffic into the dealership.
Rusnak Auto Group is the highest volume store in the area. This company offers a positive work environment and encourages internal promotions. Responsibilities
Representatives Will Be Responsible for the Following:
- Executing inbound/outbound dials and following up with customers. This includes Internet leads as well
- Answering customer inquiries in a timely manner, with authenticity and accuracy
- Possessing knowledge of the services and dealership promotions
- Setting appointments to drive traffic into the dealership
- Logging customer information
- Confirming existing appointments and rescheduling missed appointments
Qualifications
- Automotive BDC experience is preferred
- Upbeat, high energy and persuasive in nature
- Task and process-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable following scripts
- Proficient Computer Skills
