Assistant Portfolio Manager / Relationship Manager
We work together as a staff team that is committed to sound investment management and building strong financial advisory relationships with integrity and superior service. This position is a dual role that will provide direct support to our boutique firm’s daily operations. The Assistant Portfolio Manager provides direct support to the Portfolio Manager and serves as a member of the Investment Management Committee. The firm’s Relationship Managers provide direct support to and work closely with the Financial Advisors.
Summary of Job Description
Assistant Portfolio Manager
Assist the Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee with:
Trade execution
- Model and strategy research and development
- Investment tolerance management
- Cash Management
- Performance Reporting
Relationship Manager
Work closely with the Financial Advisors and provide:
- client portfolio review and reporting
- preparation for client meetings
- maintenance of client information and document management
- preparation of proposals and financial plans
- opening accounts, processing account servicing forms and updating information
Other
- Professional Development
- Represent the firm in select local community events and organizations
- Carrying out ongoing office admin tasks, document management, other projects as assigned
