Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting product/services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders on cash register
- Provide product/service information to customers
- Upsell products and services when appropriate
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or other languages a plus)
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Upselling experience is desirable
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Phone etiquette and active listening skills
