The Dishwasher will wash clear and wash dishes, quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards, safety, sanitation and cleanliness.
OPEN INTERVIEWS - every Monday & Wednesday 2p - 5p. MONTHLY BONUS & TIPS ADDS $1 - $1.50 per hour

** This position has the opportunity to be trained as line cook over time.
DISHWASHER RESPONSIBLITIES:
Maintains the dish area and ensures that all dish ware, utensils, pots and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Busses and cleans guest tables in the dining room.
Delivers trays of dirty dish ware to dish room and stocks service area with clean dishware.
Cleans and organizes back of house, including coolers, freezers and stock areas.
Cleans floors and removes garbage in front of house, back of house, and parking lot.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Dishwasher must thrive and maintain sense of humor in fast-paced high-volume situations.
Food Certification
High school diploma or GED preferred
Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
