Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative’s responsibility is to be the main contact point for customer’s orders, returns, questions, and complaints.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Professional demeanor in person, written, and on the phone
- Strong math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide proficiently)
- Strong computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and databases, ten-key
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read and write clearly and concisely

Valued but not required skills & experience:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- College Degree in Business or General Field
- Understanding of the ink, printing industry
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process orders (from customers or sales staff) received via phone, fax, or email
- Promptly communicate confirmations to customers regarding their orders
- Resolve customer complaints; promptly respond to customer on progress of resolution
- Manage incoming calls/switchboard and lobby /incoming guest area
- Process return authorizations from customers
- Process debit and credit memos
- Coordinate consignment / inplant account product levels
- Process international exporting paperwork
- Filing
- Participate in physical inventory throughout the year (data entry)
- Follow policies & procedures
- Maintain good housekeeping in customer service area
- Complete other related duties as assigned by management
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
- Clerical, office setting routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, etc.
- Sitting, filing, answering phone calls for 8+ hours per day
