Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and environmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific conditions and enhance daily living skills.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in individual and group settings.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve functional independence.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families to promote well-being and coping strategies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of CA.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a similar setting.
- NBCOT certification preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Valid CA Driver’s license.

Pay: $121,087.00 - $129,280.00 per year
