Job Description: We are seeking a creative, YOY dedicated to business growth, and organized Part-Time Administrative Team Member to join our team at Apollo. This position offers a flexible schedule, perfect for individuals seeking part-time employment while maintaining other commitments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong attention to detail. Willing to train for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, vendors, delivery services, and fellow Apollo Team Members with a welcoming attitude and assist them as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency using multiple marketing and strategies software platforms and dashboards including but not limited to, Podium, Service Titan, Reviewbuzz, and Realworks Labs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) is desired.
- Along with one-on-one weekly action items provided, you will also assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and setting goals throughout platforms and dashboards.
- Maintain organized records and files via multiple platforms, ensuring information is easily accessible when needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fun and family-orientated environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
- T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More) attitude is a must.
- Willing to participate in employee T.E.A.M building events such as parades, picnics, boat cruises, and holiday parties.
