**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others in a healthcare setting.
**Duties:**
- Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies via phone and email.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize data entry skills to update patient information accurately in the system.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and verifying insurance coverage.
- Analyze and interpret medical terminology to assist in problem-solving.
**Experience:**
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with data entry and basic computer applications.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical setting preferred.
-Billing experience is a plus.
-Additional duties include working the Point of Sale System.
We are open Monday through Friday 9-6p. Saturday 9-1p
