General Purpose: Responsible for day-to-day scheduling and follow-up for client services.
Main Job & Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Greet clients, vendors and visitors in a professional manner
- Create Job Orders, as required
- Schedule vendors (i.e., plumbing, electrical, etc.), as needed
- Assist with daily schedules for: Field Techs, Internal Staff, Housekeeping, Trash and Vendors
- Prepare and sign out keys for Internal Staff, Housekeeping and Vendors
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Scanning and filing, as needed
- Special projects, as requested
Required Skills:
- Experience in the service industry is required; knowledge of property management is a plus
- Attention to detail a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication including spelling and punctuation
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Organizational master
- Good customer service skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
