Customer Support Specialist
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Managing product returns and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
