Job Description:
The Community Manager role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a flex-office space location. This is a full-time, onsite position.
*Hospitality experience is a plus
Qualifications:
● Customer Service experience required
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
● Minimum of 2+ years of business experience preferably in real estate, retail, hospitality, or related experience with a proven track record in operations and client relations
● Must be fully-vaccinated for COVID-19

● Ability to continually follow-up on all matters related to the location and its operations
● Effective written and verbal communication skills
● Computer skills including G-Suite or equivalent
● Basic knowledge of office equipment (i.e. printer, internet connectivity, phones)
● Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and activities
● Relationship management capabilities with both client and cross-functional partners

Specific Responsibilities:
● Day to day management of an entire location and its clients and guests
● Know every client and connect with them on a daily basis
● Respond to and following-up with clients in a timely manner
● Resolve conflict and overcoming client complaints
● Manage accurate financials for all aspects of the location, including client invoices using a
Property Management software system
● Maintain the facility up to Expansive standards - this includes amenity kitchen, show offices, building lobby, restrooms, etc.
● Work closely with property management to prioritize and solve daily facility work orders
● Optimize revenue to meet or exceed location goals
● Utilize team resources for support when needed
● Partner and share ideas with fellow on-site and/or regional team members
● Support events and sales team for set-up and tear-down of events (this may sometimes include after hours events)
● Ability to lift up to 25lbs daily
● Ability to traverse and inspect all areas of the location. This may include walking flights of stairs on a daily basis
● This role may include travel due to occasional remote operational support
● Plan and execute several member-focused events per month within the given budget
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
