Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for laboratory testing
- Educate patients on their treatment and diagnosis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (such as Eclinicals)
- Adhere to all healthcare standards, including HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Idaho
- Experience in the medical field prefered but not required
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to perform venipuncture and other basic medical procedures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
