We are looking for an administrative/ office assistant that will be able to assist in the day-to-day tasks of the executive team. To excel in this position, organization and time management are key attributes. You should possess a drive to support the team and be adept at working towards goals independently. Your contributions will directly enhance the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely assistance with all tasks.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. Building and maintaining positive relationships with others is a core aspect of the position. Given that you'll be working in a small office environment, the ability to take direction, work autonomously when needed, and collaborate effectively in team settings is crucial.
Working primarily with the golf and multi-family housing department, this individual may be exposed to multiple assets of the company and needs to be versatile and flexible, communicating in a professional manner.
Job Description:
This full-time position focuses on assisting the Phoenix and Denver office on reporting, data entry and additional miscellaneous office tasks. We are a hands-on client who likes to be in the details of what is going on at our sites and need someone who can assist not only our internal team, but at times our on-site teams, to reach the goals of the partnership. Duties include but are not limited to assisting in:
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly data entry and reporting for golf and multi-family sites
o Performance
o Payroll
o Revenue
o Marketing outlets
- Research and development tracking in each market
- Run errands and organize office lunches and travel plans for office staff.
- Clerical Duties around the office
- Guest facilitation
- Keeping the office open and functioning during the week (may include working alone)
- Light travel is possible.
- Outside marketing/ promotional events for golf and multi-family department
- Outside marketing/ promotional events for Ski Management department
Skills Required:

Pay Range: $17/ hour
This position is full-time and would be in person at our Phoenix AZ office.
