This position is primarily responsible for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. IT Manager will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. Will supervise program data management teams.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:

– Manage information technology and computer systems.
– Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
– Serve as liaison to our IT consultant and ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and staying informed about new features.
– Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
– Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
– Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
– Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors to continue to find areas for improvement
– Manage and administrate the EHR system
– Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best possible service and value for business needs.
– Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed.
– Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
– Troubleshoot internal hardware and software issues.
– Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
– Running and sharing regular operation system reports with executive staff
– Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
– Supervising and providing direction for IT interns and identifying opportunities for training and skills advancement.
– Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the executive team quarterly.
– Working closely with the leadership team to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the staff’s needs.
– Provide technical support for printers, laptops, tablets, phones, mobile unit van, and company cell phones.
– Troubleshoot onsite technical issues, diagnose, and repair by following our IT ticketing system.
– Virtual assistance with troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to the team/departments.
– Organize and maintain IT resources.
– Manage and update the agency website through the WordPress application
– Update equipment inventory as needed.

– Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and system administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
– Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
– Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
– A clear understanding of software/malware.
– A clear understanding of cybersecurity
Education and/or Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer and information technology or any related field.
– Two to three-year experience in the IT field.
