Essential Functions:
- Obtain daily reservation reports from the office or the previous shift.
- Prepare vehicles for customer use, ensuring they have sufficient gas, DEF, washer fluid, a charged battery, and a clean appearance.
- Organize the lot by placing vehicles in their designated locations daily.
- Conduct daily inventory checks during shifts.
- Park vehicles in designated spaces, provide parking stubs to customers and generate a parking report at the end of the shift.
- Ensure inspection, registration, and insurance documents are up to date.
- Transport vehicles between lots, vendors, dealers, and auctions.
- Release vehicles to customers, documenting their condition through photographs and notes.
- Verify that contracts and units match the outgoing vehicle list.
- Orient customers on operating the vehicle and address any questions they may have.
- Inspect vehicles for damages, report issues, and mark them on the windshield for maintenance.
- Perform interior and exterior detailing and washing of vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
- Monitor inventory levels and request supplies for restocking promptly.
- Park clean vehicles in their designated areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in English; Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
- Valid Driver's License; CDL is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in driving/parking vans/trucks (Required).
- Basic computer skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions.

- Full-time position.
- Availability to work 5 days a week.
- Hours: 7:00 am - 2:30 pm;
