Job Summary:
Assist with all business office activities to ensure compliance to customer requirements and adherence to our business management system. Utilizes a strong attention to detail to ensure record systems are kept organized and up to date.
Hours: Monday-Friday (PT)

Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones and giving information to callers, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate individuals.
- Scanning and maintain electronic filing systems’ job folders and blueprints.
- Work with the management team to record critical information, keep critical documents up to date, and maintain company documents.
- Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems. Arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Management of blueprint storage
- Coordinating quotes while working closely with the Supply Chain Manager
- All other reasonable duties, as required
Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- Ability to handle customers in a pleasant and polite manner
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Excellent ability to multitask and stay organized
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
