Responsibilities:
- Light clerical work: Maintaining and managing the organization of resident files and signing in/out keys.
- Log in/out parcels delivered from/to the Reception office.
- Security Patrol in/out of the building using Proexcellentxiguard wand and 21 checkpoint stations recorded.
- A complete understanding of emergency protocol and use of emergency systems.
- Detail- and service-oriented with exceptional customer service.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information about the association and its amenities to residents
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel, residential building, medical office, dental office, or similar setting is preferred
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Schedule:
- Fridays from 12:00 am - 10:00 am
- Saturdays from 12:00 am - 8:00 am
- Sundays from 12:00 am - 8:00 am
