Job Title: Process Documentation Specialist
Location: Cleveland, OH
SUMMARY:
The Business Process Specialist will assist with defining and documenting processes, procedures and workflows for business operations based on industry and company best-practices, assist with process integration and data migration efforts for acquisitions, and as well as in the creation of a consistent, centralized repository of information for team members to access in the flow of work. This role will work closely with all Everstream departments to develop content for processes and training.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing processes by working with various departments and project team leaders to drive end-to-end process development and improvement initiatives
- Partner with subject matter experts to conduct process review sessions for the purpose of developing manuals, technical specifications, and process documentations.
- Work with support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
- Create and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration.
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
- Create workflow charts, job aids
- Update the EKnowledge website and provide updates to the intranet
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials, and creating training content for multiple audiences
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Detail Oriented; very strong follow-up and multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize and organize assignments to meet project timelines
Desirable:
- Industry experience in Telecommunications
