Serves as a generalist providing support regarding clinical use and workflow considerations across projects

Identifies unmet clinical needs and works to identify and guide potential technical solutions and collaborations e.g. by context and workflow analysis

Define and develop KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and user experience in combination with our systems and services.
Driving competitor research and classification

Assess the Human Centered Design Quality in regards of: User Experience, Usability incl. Accessibility (red/green weakness, visual impairment (age-related) of own and competitor devices

Advisor for Clinical & Workflow Benchmarking of competitors and internal products.

Comparison of existing products and competitors in regards of user goals and tasks, efficiency, UX Topics, user expectation, future trends
General

Your profile:
-
University degree in the field of science, engineering, or alternatively dual vocational training in the technical or nursing field followed by several years of experience of professional experience
-
Several years of clinical ICU experience
-
Several 5 years of medical device industry
-
Profound medical/clinical Knowledge
-
Basics in Requirement Engineering knowledge, Usability Engineering Management and Process Analysis
-
Internationally recognized as a subject matter leader within the industry and the scientific community, maybe also leading the functional agenda
-
Ability to mine scientific literature and databases
-
In-depth project management understanding and the ability to choose useful methods for application in his working environment
-
Ability to identify and manage relevant stakeholders
-
Took part and gained experience in managing some complex projects
-
Willingness to travel locally and globally
-
Fluent in English
