Duties:
E-commerce platform management: Responsible for maintaining and managing e-commerce platforms to ensure their normal operation. This may involve handling orders, updating product information, and managing customer service requests.
Product management: Responsible for adding, editing, and deleting product information, including product descriptions, prices, and inventory, to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information.
Market promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and content marketing, to increase platform exposure and attract more traffic.
Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from e-commerce platforms, including traffic, sales, and user behavior, to develop effective business strategies and improvement plans.
Customer service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Partner relationship management: Communicate and coordinate with partners such as suppliers and logistics companies to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.
Technical support: Assist in resolving technical issues with e-commerce platforms and collaborate with the technical team to ensure platform stability and security.
Market trend research: Monitor the e-commerce industry's development trends and competitors' dynamics and propose corresponding response strategies.
Sales analysis and forecasting: Analyze sales data and make sales forecasts to develop corresponding sales strategies.
User experience optimization: Continuously optimize the user experience of e-commerce platforms to increase user retention and conversion rates.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role for at least 1 year
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
