Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and phone system.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors..
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for team conference calls.
Skills:
-AA or college degree preferred.
-Proficient in using Excel and Google Suite applications
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Familiarity with general office management tasks and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Previous experience working in a office is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
