SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring high service levels at the reception desk and spa retail area for members and guests of Bluejack National.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION(S):
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide all members and guests with a warm welcome at check-in and fond farewell at check-out.
- Facilitate spa reservation bookings both in person and on the phone.
- Be knowledgeable of all functions of The Sanctuary.
- Provide assistance for members and guests purchasing retail. Be knowledgeable on brands and products.
- Handle all billing at check-out.
- Assist members and guests with café orders.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
- Participate in retail inventory throughout the year.
- Provide solutions for member and guest feedback.
- Personalize spa visits for members and guests.
- Assist with product inventory as needed.
- Interact with members and guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
- Be a pleasant team player with fellow co-workers and leadership.
- Adhere to the highest levels of hygiene and appearance. Uniform must be clean and pressed. Cigarette smoking/vaping is not permitted during shift due to the close proximity of members and guests. Hair, nails, breath and clothes must be always free of smoke smell.
- Maintain professional conversation with members and guests at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, pricing and protocols.
- Promote and sell retail products.
- Attend spa and company trainings and meetings as needed.
- Communicate member and guest feedback to Director of Wellness as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues as needed to Director of Wellness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- MUST SHOW ADAPTABILITY IN A BUSY ENVIRONMENT.
- MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK.
APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:
- Must be able to work weekend days and Holidays.
- Shifts and hours may vary based on business demands.
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires an above average amount of physical labor such as bending, stooping, walking, reaching, standing and carrying items of moderate weight.
- Must follow all aspects of on-the-job safety.
